Returns

Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but no problem to return it. At JungleHome you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.


How? You send it yourself at your own expense with a postal company of your choice. Send your package to the postal address below Do not forget to keep the receipt with track & trace until we have processed your return. When returning your product (s), don't forget to add a note with order number for fast processing of your return.

Make sure that the products are properly and tightly packed, as you received them. If an item arrives at us damaged or broken because it was not returned with the same packaging and shipping material, we cannot give a refund.

Important! Our customer service is currently only available in English for our international customers.

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing contact@junglehome.nl

If there is damage to one or more of the products when receiving your order, report this within 14 days of receiving your order. We can then look for a suitable solution.

If you want to change something about your placed order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@junglehome.nl. Your package may not have been sent yet and we can still make the change. If your package has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
